Led a team of consultants building a Kubernetes platform for a B2B software business turning over £18m.
During the project, I was also engaged as a coach to the platform’s in-house technical lead, helping him to run a more effective team and manage his workload more effectively.
The platform is now a core part of their business, and the basis of all their software offerings going forward. Their revenue has doubled since.
